Our system makes it easy to manage your student’s information. You can Store contacts, addresses, demographic data for each student in a centralized database. Students are categorized into their various classes with the ability to transfer students from one class to another, promote or demote student, graduate students and even transfer students from one school to another. If a student moves to another school, he/she can easily port (move) his account including demographic data and grades to the new school.
There are three operating modes namely: online , Server, and local modes. The user can operate in any of the three modes which are explained in details below.
This mode can also be referred to as the offline or device mode. Our platform gives users that may or may not have internet connections, the ability to use the software in offline mode. Data that is created or edited is saved to the local storage i.e. an offline database which can later on be synced to the central database ( online and or local server).
The Server mode is also called local server mode. We do not want to limit our users to an online database that requires internet connection at all times, but we can also configure a local server on your school premises that may or may not be connected to the school local area network (LAN). The local server can be installed on any commodity hardware (normal PC or laptop) and not necessary connect to network. All that is needed is to export data from any client software of any staff member and save to a USB storage device and connect it to the local server machine and import to the local server.
This mode always require internet connection to get and save data. In this mode, the client software will be connected to the remote database through a web server using an internet connection. All data is processed and saved to the database on the web server.

Parents can easily chat with teachers or school administrators concerning important matters about their wards whilst teachers and other school officers can communicate and discuss important matters about students to parents. Inspectors, supervisors and other external authorized managements of the schools can relate any information to parents, teachers or school administrators in a breeze.
Parents and students have their separate individual accounts and can each access grades, conduct, performance, teacher comments and upcoming assignments online. Automatic grade, assignments, and attendance monitoring allows parents to receive chat alerts about their child’s current progress and attendance. Parents can easily chat with class teachers and staff members and make enquiries about their wards performance and fee payment statues etc. Students can communicate with teachers even when they are off school premises. All these allows for better monitoring and can lead to a better performance for wards. Parents can monitor attendance and conduct on a daily basis and get instant email alerts for noted absences.
Teachers and administrators can assign marks for students for every examination taken. The marks are stored within the system and can be viewed by the students and their parents from their respective profile accounts.
Teachers can create assignments for students which are visible and tractable to the students and their parents and as well as authorized supervisors and officials from their respective accounts/profiles. At the time of entering exams marks, the class mark will be automatically filled from the pre-computed class assessments all in a single click.
The simplified user interface for the various modules especially the assessments, the grades, and remarks modules, with backed in batch operations, that enable processing multiple items by simply clicking through gives a scintillating user experience. Parents love it as they get real-time updates about grades.
This platform enables teachers to easily automate class assessments computation from various assessments such as class exercises, tests, quizzes, projects, homework etc. teachers simply define assessment specifying the raw maximum marks and most importantly the percentage contribution to the final grades (class marks) and when assessment marks are being recorded, the percentage marks will be automatically computed from the obtained marks eliminating the need to manually compute percentages.
The system is also very flexible enough to allow the teacher to select any assessments of his/her choice so that the class assessment marks(class marks) can be computed from the selected assessments. In fact the teacher can also specify/adjust the percentage contribution at any time during computations of the class assessment.
Each of the three modes above uses a unique database for all operations. On local mode, the system uses a local database on the local device on which the client software is installed/used (mobile phone, laptop or desktop machine).
The other two modes, the online local and online remote uses local server database and an online (remote server) database respectively. These two are central databases that permanently store all data for the school. When you put the client software in online local mode, the data operations goes directly to the webserver central database and likewise when operating on online local mode, the data goes directly to the local sever central database.
However, to save internet data, you may decide to operate on only local mode and as such the data sits on the client machine such as mobile device, laptop, desktop machine etc. This data needs to be permanently stored on one of the central databases for further processing and for other authorized users to see. For instance, each teacher may input grades of students using the local mode in order to save cost of internet data but the data will be sitting on their personal laptops or mobile devices etc. The system provide the user the ability to sync the data to the remote server or the local server either through direct syncing or by using the USB device.
In short, you may sync data from local storage to online local server and vice versa, from local storage to online remote sever and vice versa and finally from online local server to online remote server and vice versa. In order words you can sync data in all three directions i.e. triangular data synching.

We simplified the complexity of user privileges so that you don’t need to worry about it by assigning access levels, avoiding you the trouble to do so for every user. The login portal intelligently identifies the user type based on their access credentials- reducing the complexity to manage and administer the systems. . Optionally, system administrators can choose to create permissions for each user or create user groups and assigned users, granting them permissions to some features in the systems whiles limiting access to some areas in a granular fashion.
