There are two categories of licenses –The free usage licenses and the Enterprise license.
Under the free license, schools can freely use the platform with its full features and functionality with only the web application using desktop or laptop but not with a mobile device.
Free license users will not have access to both the desktop application and the mobile app. They may access the home page on their mobile browsers but will not be able to enter the school management system.
They will always need to have internet connection to be able to use the system. They can neither use the system on Local (offline) mode nor Local Server mode.
With the enterprise level license, schools get to use the system with its full features and functionality at a free of charge. However, each per a a token to support the online and cloud storage services that enables use to keep large volumes of data to keep the system running.
Under this license, not only will students, parents, and all other users have access to the complete system and all its features and functionality through the web application, but in addition, they can also fully use the complete system through either the mobile or the desktop app. In addition, they can use their mobile browsers to access the platform.
In short, Administrators, teaching and none teaching staff, supervisors etc. Will have complete access to both the desktop app and the mobile app.
A local server will be configured on a PC/laptop at the school premises to act as a secondary central database server. The local server can be accessed through a local area network (LAN) or can be a standalone system with data syncing abilities.
Data can be synced between the local storage (offline storage) and the online (Web server database) or local server mode and vice versa i.e. they can operate in all three modes (Local, online, and Local Server modes) and also be able to perform triangular data syncing between all three storages.
Moreover, enterprise users get to have 24/7 online/phone technical support, and as well as on premise training and assistant.
After registering your school, you need to request a license before you can have full access to the platform.

The system permits two types of license: The Free and the Enterprise.
Each license is renewable each term. The license must be renewed for each session. terms and conditions apply.
Staff members do not pay for license. It is free for the staff and maybe the school. Once a license is generated for the school, staff can perform any operation on the system as long as the license has not expired.
However, each staff must obtain a personalize license through the general license given to the school. To save their personal license.
The license is majorly based on the students and parents.
Every parent through their ward has to pay a token each session, as their license fee. In requesting for a license, the school must include in the request, the number of students to license. The system gives a quota to the school based on that number.
The system administrator in turn generate sub-licenses for the students. Only the licensed students will have their records (Grades, Assessments etc.) entered into the system.
This means that though staff members use the system free of charge, they can only perform operations on licensed students.
